To access your survey results, please refer to the email you have received after the aerial inspection.
All survey results are confidential and can only be accessed by the client who ordered them and others having the client’s permission.
All aerial video footage is uploaded in a minimum quality of 1080p (HD). For best results, we recommend a quality of 2180p (4k), then the next step down would be 1440p (QHD) and the least acceptable resolution would be 1080p (HD).
Most of our video footage will be in 2180p (4k) @ 60fps or 30fps so you can get a cristal cristal clear video with enough details for an aerial inspection.
Once you are running the video in the embedded player, you can change the video quality / resolution by following the next steps:
1. On the right-bottom side, click on the gear icon to access the video settings.
2. On the left side of “Quality”, there will be a preset value, usually “Auto (480p)”, which will display poor details due to low internet speeds or other technical limitation. Click on the chevron “>” to access a drop-down list with a selection of available video resolutions.
3. From the newly open drop down list, select the value located at the very top, usually 2160p (4k), or 1440p (QHD) or 1080p (HD). In case you cannot see any of these high resolution values, please contact us.
